Royal Fine Food Awards Sydney 2019 Winners
Some exciting news for the latest over here at P&H. This year we decided to enter the Royal Fine Food Awards Show held in Sydney, which showcases agricultural excellence and sets a benchmark for artisan products from fine foods, to breads, preserves, charcuterie and more. It goes without saying that the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS), are highly regarded and respected within the industry and the awards given speak of the high quality and excellent standards from Australian local producers.
It is definitely a great addition to your business and products to be able to showcase your winnings to consumers and customers alike, as it equips them with the knowledge and confidence that they are purchasing products that are high quality and considered award winners within the industry. It is always a heightened level of nervous anticipation waiting for the results of the awards to see how you faired amongst other competitors. So, you can imagine we were more than thrilled going up against strong competition to walk away with numerous awards for our products. The awards are testament to our dedication and the pride we take here at P&H in producing the finest food, using only top-quality Australian ingredients and ensuring we deliver products that surpass expectations and are must have menu items for our customers time and time again.
Without further ado, our popular Duck Leg and Thigh Confit took out the top award-winning Gold for excellence in the cooked and cured meat category. While our popular Pate Forrestier– a chunky country style chicken and liver pate with a medley of porcini, forrest mushrooms and pepper, and our slow cooked Beef Cheeks both awarded Silver in their respective categories. Our Chicken Chipolata, American Style Beef Shin, and Turkey Cranberry and Apple all walking away with Bronze in the individual classes.
These awards have a long-standing history within NSW and the competition is tough. It is truly humbling to walk away with so many awards and recognition for our dedication, time, and the passion we put into everything we do here at P&H Fine Foods.
